This event informs San Diego County about the good, the bad and the ugly of government efficiency and spending. Simply put – this event has the whole room laughing. We ran into our friend, Councilman Mark Kersey and enjoyed the evening, Anthony Pescetti of CGI and Monica Montgomery, Senior Policy Advisory for Councilmember Myrtle Cole’s office. #goldens
